Project Overview
I performed m6A RNA modification detection & analysis on human glioblastoma cell lines at Genotypic Technology (Bengaluru, India) as an intern. This was my first experience working on an individual project to analyze direct RNA sequencing data (dRNA) on the Linux Command-Line Interface, employing tools such as NanoStat, Porechop, Minimap, Eligos2, Bedtools, Samtools, Diamond etc.
